Making Partner

  • Entrepreneurial ‘Build Own Business’ mentality – we adopt a lean
    structure to allow Our People to progress their career within a
    short-span of time determined at their own pace

  • To do so in a short-span of time does not represent we look at short/
    near-term, nor does it refer to the shortest time. It entails that we
    offer growth opportunities at every stage of Our People’s career,
    while responsibilities last over the longest term

  • To Lead and to Grow a Team – the commencement of understanding
    Our People’s Purpose, both on a Self-Oriented and Others-Oriented
    basis. For those who endeavor to be independent contributors
    (not to lead a team), their opportunities come in the form of supporting
    the growth of Bayes in a senior and strategic capacity
