No Fees Payable by our Candidates

Bayes Recruitment Pte Ltd holds EA License No. 10C5468 issued by the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) and operates in full compliance with the Employment Agencies Act (Cap. 92A) and its subsidiary regulations. In accordance with Section 9A of the Employment Agencies Act, payment of any kind is never required from job seekers, candidates or applicants at any stage of the recruitment process, regardless of the recruitment medium or intermediary involved.

Bayes acts strictly as an intermediary between employers and candidates and is not the employer of any candidate placed unless a separate written contract of employment is executed. Know clearly that no payment is expected and to be made – if you have received any such request, write immediately, for clarification, to HR (HR@bayesrecruitment.com) and Managing Partner, Dickson Koh (dickson@bayesrecruitment.com.sg)

Trademarks & Use of Site Content

The name ‘Bayes Recruitment Pte Ltd’ and the logo ‘BAYES’ belong exclusively to our registered entity. All rights are reserved in respect of the Trademarks of Bayes Recruitment Pte Ltd.

All insights, materials, reports, articles and every other information are proprietary documents of Bayes Recruitment Pte Ltd and are protected under the Copyright Act 2021 (No. 22 of 2021) of Singapore. None of the materials may be copied, reproduced, distributed, republished, downloaded, displayed, posted or transmitted in any form or by any means, including but not limited to electronic, mechanical, photocopying, recording or otherwise, without prior written permission.

If you receive a suspicious communication purporting to be from Bayes requesting payment or personal credentials, please report it to SG@bayesrecruitment.com immediately.
