TECHNICAL MARKETS
In a market where the right person is rarely looking and the supply of technical specialists
is always below demand — precision matters more than volume. We do not present shortlists
generated by a search. We introduce people we have assessed, considered, and are prepared
to stand behind even though our clients receive fewer representations from us. We do the same

CONSTRUCTION
We work with general builders, civil contractors, and specialist contractors across all three verticals. The Builders who physically construct what the built environment requires across the Urban, Industrial and Infrastructures vertical.
DESIGN
We represent Practices who conceive, specify, and conceptualize what Constructors build across the Built Environment. Taken together, these are the Architects & Urban Planners, Engineering Consultants, Professional Services and Specialist Consultancies.
ENGINEERING
For every building, facility, and infrastructure, there is a category of company essential to how the built environment functions. We work together with engineering integrators whose products and systems are built directly into solutions that allow the built environment to function.
